Step right up, heroes! The Dark Carnival has rolled into town, its lanterns blazing with eerie light and its music echoing across Lore. Whether you're here for thrills, chills, or the questionable food choices, one thing is certain... the Carnival is open for ALL!

Master showman Reginald Q. Killgore the Dwekel has brought his traveling spectacle to our world once more. Rumor says he struck a deal with forces “beyond mortal comprehension” to power the carnival’s attractions. Reginald says it’s all perfectly safe. His left eye twitches when he says it, but still assures me it's safe... perfectly safe.

Ride the Roller coaster! 

Reginald is supposedly the mastermind of Lore's first... and only roller coaster! All it'll take is one Killgore ticket to go on the ride of your life on this totally safe death trap- I mean... attraction! Of course... You could redeem tickets for a whole stockpile of rewards by talking to Reginald! He'd be more than happy to exchange these totally non-bootleg rewards for tickets.

Meet the Performers

The carnival is packed with personalities, but none shine brighter than... Dillion the Alligator Man!

Straight from the docks of Lolosia, Dillion is part‑showman, part‑sideshow, and all‑attitude. He’s happy to chat, pose for pictures, and occasionally snap at players who get too close to his tail.

Friday the 13th... and Valentine's Day!?

Mr. Killgore has informed me that the carnival would be a great place to take your partner for the upcoming Friday the 13th... Err, Valentine's Day! What's more romantic than riding a rollercoaster together? If dark carnivals aren't your thing... You could always swing over to Battleon and pick up the new Hero's Heart Day Emote from Maurice,  /yearn would be a great way to express some of those lovey-dovey feelings.

New Premium Set... The Dragonique Trickster

Ah! And here we go, the carnival plays home to the Dragonique Tricksters. Jesters are known as much for their lethality as they are for misdirection... which is a lot!

Make sure to keep an eye out for their other two styles... the Azure Dragonique Trickster and the Fabulous Dragonique Trickster!

No Pulse? No Problem! Step right up for a deadly ride!

Among the flickering lanterns and drifting carnival fog, a new attraction has trotted its way into the spotlight, though “trotted” might not be the right word when the mount in question has no flesh left to trot with, so more of a bone clacking sound... Introducing the Skeletal Carnival Horse Mount, an eerie horse companion available with Dragon Crystals.

A Carnival That Comes and Goes…

The Dark Carnival is many things: mysterious, mesmerizing, mildly dangerous, but above all, it is never still. Its tents do not stay rooted in one place for long. According to Reginald Q. Killgore (and the suspiciously glowing contract he refuses to let anyone read), the Carnival can only remain in our world for one week each month before it must vanish again into the realms between realms.

Fortune’s Torrid Steed and Fortune's Torrid Pony

As the Year of the Horse gallops into Lore, the skies themselves seem to shimmer with renewed energy. From that celestial blaze comes a mount unlike any other, Fortune’s Torrid Steed, a creature born from flame, luck, and ancient celebration. Of course... If you're more into having a pet pony, we've got you covered there, too.

Treasured Twisted Grin of Doom

A new Treasure Chest variant of the Twisted Grin of Doom has been introduced, offering a different take on the standard Twisted Grin of Doom with some cooler tones. It'll be obtainable through the treasure chest system either by pulling it or crafting it via shards.
