Collection Overhaul + Eternal Heirlooms

Hey guys, this week we're introducing a quality-of-life improvement that simplifies how players access their purchased collections. Previously, players had to visit the in-game bank to retrieve items from their collections, which added unnecessary steps to inventory management. With this change, collections are now directly accessible via the Shops menu, eliminating the need for bank visits and making the experience more intuitive and efficient. This adjustment not only enhances usability but also aligns with AdventureQuest 3D’s ongoing efforts to reduce friction in core gameplay systems. For future design considerations, this shift reinforces the importance of minimizing redundant interfaces and centralizing access points for player-owned content. This will be especially helpful for people who own collections as time goes on, due to the fact that we will be expanding the amount of collections that wrok across your whole account for all characters.

Eternal Heirlooms

And here we're gonna talk about Eternal Heirlooms, a game-changing feature that expands on the utility of collectible troves in AdventureQuest 3D. These heirlooms are account-wide, meaning once players complete the associated quest to collect all the items in a set and turn them in at Solestia, the items become accessible across all characters. This marks a significant shift from character-bound progression to a more unified account experience. By allowing heirlooms to be unlocked and retrieved directly from the Shops menu, AdventureQuest 3D continues its trend of streamlining inventory systems while rewarding long-term players. The more you put into the game, the more you should be rewarded.

Crystal Smasher and Crystal Masher

We’ve added a pair of powerful punchers to Gaz’s Shop this week: the Crystal Smasher and Crystal Masher! These crystalline crushers are only available for one week, so if you’ve been waiting to upgrade your arsenal with something that glows and hits hard, now’s your chance.

Limited-Time Shop

If you're busy out slayin' and can't make it to Gaz’s location, don't worry, we’ve made these items accessible directly through the Shops menu. Just open your menu, scroll to Gaz’s Shop, and you’ll find them waiting for you, no travel required.

Eventually, I think we'd like to move most Dragon Crystal-related activities to a menu, a one-stop shop instead of spreading Dragon Crystal purchases throughout the game.

Final Sandy Weapons

The sands have shifted one last time, the final Sandy Weapons have officially been added to Solestia’s Daily Quest! If you've been collecting these sun-soaked relics, now’s your chance to complete the full set. If you've missed a few days and are stressing about completing the set to get your Eternal Heirloom... rest assured, we’re extending the Summer Event until the end of September! That means more time to earn seasonal rewards, complete quests, and soak up the sun in-game. No need to rush just log in, chill out, and keep adventuring.

Warrior of Sunlight Statues

In addition to the usual stone and colored statues, Xero cooked up a special "Bright" version of the Warrior of Sunlight statue, where the sun is bathing our grossly incandescent friend.
